There is a stoic idea called Sympatheia, signifying the idea of the mutual interdependence among everything in the universe.
Sympatheia is a perspective, and invitation to all of us to take a step back, zoom out and see life from a higher vantage point than our own.
It helps us change our judgements, see things from a different light, all to challenge our own perception and see the world as a whole.
Sympatheia is a reminder to us that we are not alone. That we are all part of something bigger than ourselves. That we should not only be inspired to change for ourselves but also for others.
